Over the years, Sariel have mastered a wide range of styles including Klezmer, Balkan and Andalusian music. In 2005 he was invited to take part in the first Ethno Cyprus seminar, where a handful of musicians from each Mediterranean country were meeting to create and record together, the workshop was followed by concerts throughout the island.
When serving in the IDF under the title “extraordinary musician”, he was cofounder of the Education Core Folk Orchestra and was also member of the Youth Arab-Jewish Orchestra with whom he also played in live broadcast to the National Slovainian Radio and for the Israeli Educational TV channel.
Sariel has took part in important festivals of Jewish Music such Fête des Musiques Juives Bruxelles, and was invited to present a program of Jewish and Israeli works for the mandolin at the first plucked-music festival in Mirecourt, France 2011. Sariel has participated in the Seminar and Festival “Klezmer in the Galilee” where he collaborated with Maestro Giora Feidman and he also appeared as soloist with the Israeli Andalous Orchestra. Sariel was member of the Sefarad and Jewish music ensemble “Altland” (Brussels) and cooperated with the London based ensemble “The Rivers of Babylon”.
In the frame of the Israeli Early Music Project, Sariel has performed a large range of Gregorian, Jewish and Arab Music from the Medieval Era. In 2010 Sariel has won the Israeli Music Competition in London and since the same year he is also a member of the World Orchestra lead by the trumpet player and intuitive music artist Markus Stockhausen.
