Project Management

As an agency for 'culture management' our domicile has been in the Südstadt of Cologne since 1994. From here we commission the various fields of activity belonging to this area, also on an international level, and we do so with great attention to detail. The practical challenges are our training and help us accumulate a wealth of experience. This is a process which has been going on over the past years. You can profit from our experience.

Our consulting services are aimed at artists and events organisers.

We are happy to take charge of the realisation of complete projects. We carried out two overtone concerts for the municipality of Düsseldorf in a newly built water pipeline for example, and a festival with eight concerts and three workshops in Cologne, by order of the MusicArts society. Our responsibilities range from application for funds through to advertising (PR, flyer and poster design, internet pages, ...) and even accounting, and were used for the realisation of the concert series Klangvisionen with Markus Stockhausen (since February by order of the Catholic Parish and the Freundeskreis Intuitiver Kunst in Cologne) which has featured over 100 concerts so far.

The „Künstlersozialkasse (or Künstlersozialabgabe)" (the German social security fund for artists) the „GEMA" (German collecting society in charge of musicians' performance rights) and limited tax liability – there are many things that need to be taken into account and which bring up questions. These issues are “our daily bread”. In order to answer specific questions we work together with a tax law specialist and other experts.

One of our partners is the firm ZANA digital, which programmed these internet pages according to our demands and wishes. We are happy to also develop and design a 'sophisticated' website to serve your needs.
